1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen events.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will incur a shipping charge of ₹49.
3. Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted for wrong or defective products only within 3 days of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is required to process the return or exchange.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days after approval.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real-time on the courier partner’s website.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Card, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes. All payments are processed securely via trusted gateways.
7. Can I return or exchange COD orders?
Yes. COD orders can be returned or exchanged under the same conditions as prepaid orders, provided the unboxing video is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at aventerprisesbrand@gmail.com or +91 8588885232, along with a clear unboxing video. Without the video, we cannot process replacements or refunds.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within India. For bulk or export inquiries, please contact our support team.
