Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process simple and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
 You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order, please:

  • Or contact us via WhatsApp/phone at +91 8588885232

Please include your order number in the request.
 If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests made via Instagram, Facebook, or other unofficial channels will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Frequent cancellations of COD orders may lead to the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
 If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will process a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.). Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
 We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Invalid address or incomplete information provided

  • Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if already paid) will be issued.
